Studio One – Patterns Are AWESOME
Studio One includes many MIDI tools that make creating easier and faster, and Patterns take that to a new level.
With Patterns you can create a beat, drum part, or melody (synth, piano, etc…) super fast.
You can then create variations of your Patterns and assemble them across your timeline.
To get started you have to insert a new Pattern.
Go to Event > Insert Pattern
Or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+P
Double-click the Pattern or go to the Edit tab to open the Pattern Editor.
There are tons of options in the Pattern step-sequencer, and we’ll go through all of them in the video below.
