PreSonus Studio One features a convenient one Window layout, but if you want to have your Mix and Edit windows on different computer monitors, it’s simple to do.

Open the Mix window by clicking ‘Mix’ at the bottom of the Song page.

At the top left of the Mix window you will see an arrow – this is the ‘Detach’ button.

Click the ‘Detach’ button and the Mix window will became a free floating window that you can adjust to any size and/or place on a second monitor.

Simply click the ‘Detach’ button again, which is now called the ‘Attach’ button, and the Mix window will be re-attached to the Song page.
