If you are looking for a string library, but don’t want to drop $500+, you might want to check out Orchestral Companion – Strings from Sonivox.
Because of the cheap price I really didn’t expect much, I usually use libraries in Native Instruments Kontakt. But, these strings sound great! There’s plenty of options, including creative options with the LFO and several filter types.
