Waves ILLUGEN is an AI sample generator that creates Loops, One-Shots, and SFX for musicians and video editors. Waves ILLUGEN is a new AI sample generator. It can generate Loops, One-Shots, and SFX, making it useful for both musicians and video editors (content creators).

Operation is simple! Simply input some text describing the sound you want, and in a few seconds it will generate 3 fresh sounds that you can drag and drop into your DAW or NLE.

Your samples will be saved in a dedicated folder, so you can use them over and over. There’s also a Randomize button that inputs a “random” text prompt if you aren’t sure what you want to hear.

You can generate everything from full loops, to individual loops (i.e. drums only) vocals, pads, piano, guitar, synths, SFX like whooshes and explosions, and anything else you can think up.
