MIC WARS! The Zoom H1 X/Y mic vs the Behringer B-2 Pro!

The Zoom H1 is a self-contained recorder with a stereo XY condenser microphone. It can also be used as a USB microphone and audio interface.

The Behringer B-2 Pro is a large diaphragm condenser microphone with a frequency response of 20Hz-20KHz. It is an XLR microphone, and requires phantom power.

We will test these microphones on voice for applications such as podcasts, voice-over, YouTube videos, etc…

You will hear several samples from different distances. There are raw samples and processed samples. The processed samples use iZotope Nectar 2.
