RIOT AUDIO Bionic Plucks and Mallets is a sound design tool for Native Instruments Kontakt.

With it you can layer up to 2 Transients and 2 Tails, and shape your sound with the on-board controls.

This instrument will work for a wide variety of music, everything from ambient, pop, hip-hop, electronic, cinematic, and more.

It comes with 80 sound sources in three categories: Short, Medium, and Long.

Mix and match these sounds manually, or use the Random button to generate random combinations of sounds.

In the Settings page you can customize the sound further by adjusting the crossover point between the transient and tail and the crossfade length.

Then dial in your sound with the Shape control for the transient and the Envelope for the tail, as well as the other controls like High-pass and Lo-pass filters, and Velocity Mapping.

Then head to the FX page to apply the built-in Chorus/Flanger, Compression, Saturation, Filters, EQ, Delay, and Reverb.

This instrument requires the full/paid version of KONTAKT 6.5.2 or higher.
